Helping Hand

The program is designed to run for 2 hours, twice a month, for 5 months. We meet each month on the 2nd Saturday and the 4th Sunday from 3:00 p.m.- 5:00 p.m. Parental presence provides opportunities for parents to participate in the learning experience. The parent-child twosome would provide meaningful involvement in the prepubertal experience and prepare the child to look forward to being a Pathfinder the following year.

The Adventurer curriculum focuses upon the four different aspects of the child’s world which are listed below.

    MY GOD focus to facilitate the development of a growing and fruitful relationship between the child and Jesus Christ

MYSELF focuses to enhance the children’s care and appreciation for the individuals God created them to be.

MY FAMILY focus to empower the children to be happy and productive members of the families God gave them

MY WORLD focus to enable the children to encounter God’s world with confidence and compassion

Each program per month is designed into Sabbath activity and Sunday activity. The resources aim to provide the instructors with teaching content in the form of videos as well as corresponding pdf files to follow the video making learning fun and creative. It is a Christian activity-based program for children that is family-friendly and designed to provide Bible-based learning and new skills for children.
